ORDER FORM

All orders include pre-washed, high-quality fabric, fusible t-shirt
backing (to stabilize the shirt fabric), and lightweight batting.
Turnaround time is approximately two months.

Pricing is based on t-shirt squares. A square can be the front, back, or a combination of smaller logos or designs within a square. Hand-tied quilts are $13 per square for single batting. Double batted quilts are $18 per square. Machine quilted (single batting only) quilts are also $18 per square. Approximate sizes are on the bottom of the page.

Shipping and handling: $20 - $30 (domestic)
Optional hand embroidery: $15-$20

Dimensions are approximate. Machine-quilted quilts are slightly smaller. King- and Queen-sized measurements based on use of 14" template; Depending on the size of the shirts, logos and designs, the squares may vary from 13" to 16".
